Our project director is available
to conduct onsite visits and offer advice. If a proposed site seems
to be in a good location and has reasonable construction costs, the
project director will interview the entrepreneur, to learn about the
vision for the center. When the entrepreneur’s goal is understood,
the project director will help develop a plan for the site. The director’s
objective is to achieve the maximum "awe factor" at the

Once a plan is agreed on, the
artists and carpenters go to work to create effects designed to achieve
the entrepreneur’s vision. Intersphere effects are modular and
built to be easily installed by a person with minimal construction
experience. This approach helps keep construction costs down.

center. Panels are constructed of very durable plastic and steel frames
to assure years of changeable game play. These wall panels are also
advantageous for entrepreneurs because they can be moved to a new
location and are not normally considered leasehold improvements, which
can pose serious tax and ownership consequences.
