Training at Intersphere’s corporate site includes the operational basics: Effectively using the powerful LaZerware™ and GateMaster software; maintaining the equipment; efficiently managing the center’s resources; and dealing with the daily details. Training goes beyond the basics. It is important for center personnel to buy into the fantasy theme of the center and to add to the drama. As Disney does, assuring that personnel act as players involved in the drama enhances the entertainment value for customers.
Two weeks of training for one at Intersphere’s Des Moines, Iowa corporate center is included with the LaZerware™ system. We recommend that the center’s general manager attend this training. Following installation of the LaZerware™ system, we also provide another two days of training at your center for your staff.
