LaZerware™ updated and supports Windows 3.1

Amsterdam, Holland - - - A new version of the laser tag game operating system is now available from the Intersphere company. The Intersphere system was the first in the laser tag industry to introduce the radio system for real-time score keeping. Now Intersphere is the first to bring to market a laser tag system based on this new operating system from Microsoft, Windows 3.1.

Microsoft announced today that it is shipping Windows 3.1. The new version created unprecedented user demand with over one million advance orders placed worldwide. This new operating system from Microsoft offers dramatic performance increases, advances in ease of use and aesthetic appeal, and straightforward integration into existing computing environments.

The new system makes it much easier for center operators to manage the laser tag games. "The graphic user interface is so much easier for our customers to use," says Pete Marshall, president of Intersphere, "this means that changing game information requires that operators only ‘point and click.’"

Adding the new Windows software to the advanced system from Intersphere means that a powerful new tool is available to the laser tag industry. The radio system speeds up the operation of the games and the new Windows software speeds up the operation of the game system. Both laser tag center owners and players will benefit from these new developments.

Intersphere’s radio communications allows all players’ tags to be immediately communicated to the players and to the central computer for scoring. This means that players will no longer have download scoring information from their game packs – it is done for them. Players everywhere are praising the sophisticated system from Intersphere. Now, the operators are going to start praising the ease with which they can run the new system.
