Intersphere Laser Games Introduces Affordable Design Concept
Warriors Battle in Starship Cargo Bay

Intersphere, the 10-year-old leading provider of laser tag center themes, systems, and services, today released its newest theme concept for arenas - Starship Cargo. Starship Cargo’s concept is for laser tag players to enter their starship’s cargo bay to engage their opponent. The cargo consists of brilliantly fluorescing barrels apparently filled with treacherous toxins and biological agents. The large barrels provide cover for the laser tag players.

The appearance of these attractive high-impact plastic barrels is enhanced by computer-designed graphics with a florescent sheen that is vivid in an arena’s black light.

"Again we’re responding to our customers," states Intersphere’s CEO, Todd Ferson. "Entrepreneurs on a limited budget want glitz and pizzazz. And no one wants to build their own plywood barricades anymore, they’re dreadful."

Tested for safety by the Intersphere R&D lab, the Starship Cargo barrels are heavy enough to keep players from knocking them over and light enough to be rearranged. "A changing arena layout is important to maintain player satisfaction," says Mr. Ferson. Because the barrels are moveable, they also offer valuable tax advantages to laser tag center operators who do not own their buildings.
