This letter is to state my overwhelming appreciation for Intersphere's professionalism and courtesy on the part of their entire staff. My special thanks go to Gordon Wick for his continuing and genuine concern for my project.

Unfortunately, in the world of business, ethics and morals are a precious and rare commodity. This was one of the reasons I chose to introduce myself to a career in amusement, finding that the people in the amusement industry were generally more pleasant than other businesses I've been in. Intersphere USA was one of the first companies I spoke with in this field, and I was impressed with Gordon's enthusiasm and willingness to answer all my questions, if not by himself, by finding someone who could. This enthusiasm is carried on to this day, months after I've made my final payment to Intersphere.

Once again, I want to thank Intersphere for conducting business honestly and with unmatched dedication. While these traits should be expected in any business, we all know that reality falls far short of that expectation.
